This project explores design opportunities that can help spice up the dining atmosphere of vegan restaurants and create a new perspective towards one's environment and food. Here customers can interact with vegan food surrounding the space by seeing, feeling, touching, and smelling what’s around them.
Customers see a Fairytale Tree where the herbs and leaves extend over the wall when they walk into the restaurant.
Customers feel that they have entered a fairytale forest. They can take photos of themselves and the tree.
Customers can smell and taste herbs on the tree wall that spark their appetite.
Customers can take home a free herb plant from the plant shelf.

A free jar of herbs that customers can take to home from the restaurant.
